    • Watches that have been worn or damaged.

    • Customized or engraved items.

  3. Refund Process:

      with your order details.

    • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  4. Shipping Costs:

    • The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or damaged.
